Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to the contiguous United States — the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.

Rates

Standard shipping is $9.99. Orders of $100 or more ship free.

Beach Tennis Net Sets ship at a flat $30 due to size and weight, and are not eligible for free shipping.

Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery

Standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days from the ship date.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package leaves our facility, transit time is in the carrier's hands. If your shipment is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll chase it down.

If we can't ship on time

If we can't ship your order within the time above, we'll email you with a new date and your right to cancel for a full refund. If we can't give you a firm date, we'll cancel and refund you automatically — you don't have to ask.

Damaged, lost, or wrong items

Contact support@cipton.com within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery) and we'll resolve it — see our Refund & Return Policy.
