How do the LED balls light up?

The LED basketball is impact-activated. It lights from within the moment it bounces. No switch, no charging. The LED golf balls work the same way: one hit starts an eight-minute glow. The LED baseball charges on its included wireless stand. The LED flag football belts switch on with a push button.

Do I need to charge anything?

Only the LED baseball, on its wireless charging stand, and the LED pickleball net, which runs on included rechargeable batteries. The LED basketball and golf balls use replaceable batteries. The basketball ships with replacement batteries and the battery tool in the box. The LED flag football belts and LED training cones also run on replaceable batteries.

What size is the LED basketball?

Official 29.5" and youth 28.5". It is a regulation composite leather basketball for indoor and outdoor play, and it plays like a standard ball in daylight.

Is the Silent Basketball really silent?

Quieter, not silent. It is a regulation 29.5" ball made from premium foam that dribbles with a low thud instead of a hard slap. Made for indoor practice: apartments, garages, late nights.

My light-up product is not lighting up. What should I do?

The wrong battery type is the most common reason a product seems dead on arrival. Email support@cipton.com with your order number and the product name and we will confirm the correct battery. If the product is defective, we ship a free replacement. Defect coverage is 30 days from delivery.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $6.95. Orders of $75 or more ship free. Beach Tennis Net Sets ship at a flat $30 because of size and weight. We ship to the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.

When will my order arrive?

Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery takes 2 to 6 business days from the ship date. You get a confirmation email with tracking when it ships, and you can check status any time on Track Your Order.

What is your return policy?

Return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging. Email support@cipton.com with your order number before shipping anything back. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or we made a mistake. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of receipt. No restocking fee. Gift cards and final sale items are not returnable.

Do you extend returns for the holidays?

Yes. Orders placed between November 1 and December 24 can be returned through January 15.
