The shell feels sturdy and holds up to rough play. My only complaint is that the charge doesn't last as long on colder nights. Even so, it's an easy way to keep a game going when the sun goes down. My kids love it! Great Christmas or birthday gift. The bright LED lights are impact-activated.

This football is a nice option for flexibility in play. The feel is a bit rubbery, and it is similar to other footballs. The neat feature is that it lights up so play can occur at night. One issue is you have to have care where you store it because the lighting up action is pretty sensitive - when it was on our table it would light up if you stepped too hard on the floor nearby.

I'd never seen a light up football but I think it's a cool idea. This is for my 6 year old son for Christmas and I know he'll like it a lot! Beyond the light up part it looks the same as a regular football you'd find at any store.

This football is so cool! It's going to be great for outside play on warm summer nights. It's a bit heavier than a regular football so definitely only for outdoors. It's charges up quickly and holds a charge for a long time. The first time I charged it I thought it wasn't working because it wasn't lit up. It only light up on impact, so you have to toss it around to see the lights.

This football charges quickly and easily and allows the fun to continue when the sun goes down. Also makes it fun on cloudy days too. The football is a Junior Size 6, so it's perfect for junior players but also makes it easier to handle for all sporting types. The light effect is terrific with this model and just bumping or tapping it starts the light and the football is almost like a beacon because it is so bright. Great way to play after sundown.

I received this product in exchange for my honest review. Let me start by saying I'm not sporty in the least, but am not opposed to getting out and tossing a football around with family. Usually, the fun ends when the sun starts to go down. This football eliminates that rule! It arrived with no charge so I was initially lost because the instructions only said the charge port was by the light. I didn't know where that was, though. Got it figured out and attempted to use a USB C cable I already had for my phone. That didn't work. Kept falling out. I think the one that's included maybe has a connector that's a teeny bit longer. Regardless of the why, use the one that comes in the box. I tested that worked by smacking my hand on it (because I was by myself). Viola! A vibrant green glow. The ball is green and is a junior size but works fine for adult hands unless you're over 6'6" and have massive paws.

We got this green light-up football for my 9-year-old and it's been a huge hit. The color is a bright lime green and it actually looks even cooler in person, especially once it lights up. It's full, real football size, not one of those mini toy versions, so it feels legit when they're throwing it around. Super easy to charge, which I really appreciate. This football is for all the football loving kids. It's got a nice texture that makes it easy to grip to work on throwing. The best feature has to be that or glows in the dark. When the sun sets but they still want to play catch, this balls makes that possible.

Neat concept and my son loves it. His favorite color is green so it's even better. It glows enough to see it but really we need to use it more to know if the concept is worth it. There is no on an off, the light turns off fairly quickly to reserve battery and charging is easy enough.

My som unwrapped this for christmas and let's just say he loves it. He loves the size because it fits in his hands (he's 6). The fact that it glows in the dark AND rechargeable is just next level. No more worrying about he's not being able to see it at night. It comes with charger also.
